Booking Agreement & Rental Inclusions
By confirming a rental with us, you agree to abide by our terms and conditions in full. Each flying dress rental includes delivery, professional styling assistance, and collection at the agreed time and location. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the dress is handled with the utmost care throughout the rental period and returned in the agreed condition.
Dress Care & Damage Policy
All dresses must be returned in the same pristine condition in which they were received. We appreciate that outdoor shoots may result in minor surface dirt, which is considered acceptable. However, any tears, significant staining, or damage beyond reasonable wear will remain the client's responsibility and will be subject to an appropriate repair or full replacement fee.
Late Return Policy
Dresses are expected to be returned promptly at the agreed time. Late returns may be subject to an additional fee, particularly where the delay impacts subsequent client bookings.
