Terms of Service & Policies

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed exclusively upon receipt of payment. No date, time slot, or session is held or reserved without a completed payment.
  • For all flying dress packages, a deposit or full payment — as specified at the time of booking — is required to officially secure your session.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All bookings are final and strictly non-refundable. We kindly ask that clients review all details carefully before confirming their reservation.
  • Should a cancellation occur, clients may submit a rescheduling request, which will be considered subject to availability and adequate notice. All rescheduling requests must be received at least [24–72 hours] prior to the confirmed booking date and time.

Rescheduling & Weather Policy

  • For all outdoor sessions, should weather conditions be deemed unsuitable or unsafe, we will offer a complimentary reschedule to an alternative date, subject to availability. Client experience remains our priority.

Arrival & Timing

  • Clients are expected to arrive punctually and prepared for their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a reduction of allocated shoot time or, where scheduling does not permit flexibility, cancellation of the session without a refund.

Creative Direction & Image Delivery (Packages Only)

  • Our creative team will provide full guidance throughout your session — from styling and wardrobe direction to posing and overall visual composition — to ensure an exceptional and authentic result.
  • The number of final edited images delivered is determined by your selected package. Raw, unedited, or unprocessed files are not made available under any circumstances.

Turnaround Time

  • All final edited images are delivered within 5 business days of your session date.
  • During peak periods, minor delays may occasionally occur. Clients will be proactively notified should any adjustments to the delivery timeline be anticipated.
  • Expedited delivery within 24 hours is available upon request and is subject to an additional fee.

Liability

  • We are not held liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, restricted location access, or third-party delays that may affect the session. That said, our full commitment is to delivering an exceptional experience, and we will always endeavour to find the best solution for our clients.
